- The purpose of the contract is to find a heat service provider for the Poltsamaa Castle Complex according to the attached technical specification.
At the moment Orkla Eesti AS offers heat service to the castle, but the heat supplied (temperature) supplied is not sufficient for the complex. The Poltsamaa Niguliste Church also gets its heating through the heat unit through the castle.
A total of 2300 m2 is heated in the castle and the provision of heat to the church must be provided.
The contract may be extended by 5 + 5 years by agreement.It is to find a heat service provider for Poltsamaa Castle Complex according to the attached technical specification.
